Licensed in Tennessee and Maryland, he specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, investors, and seniors navigate significant transitions as a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)® specializing in 55+ Homeowners.

With a decade of leadership coaching, Vondell offers transformative training, courses, and workshops. His goal is to help professionals escape the 9-to-5 grind and live a fulfilling life. A Master Hypnotherapist certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TimeLine, and Hypnotherapy, he has facilitated programs for Landmark Worldwide, Wingman Coaching, and the Clarksville Entrepreneur Centers Co.Starter incubator.

An MFA graduate from Rutgers University, Vondell is an award-winning actor, director, and screenwriter, and a proud HBCU alum of North Carolina A&T State University. He loves the Lord Jesus Christ so he serves at his local church, Mosaic and in his spare time enjoys Netflix and performing stand-up comedy.
