The Educational Achievement Award is a self-nominating award.  REALTORS® are encouraged to apply for this award themselves.

The nominee must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in his or her professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character.The nominee must meet the following criteria:

•Applicant must be a member of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® for a minimum of 6 months. •Qualifying educational credit to have been earned in the period November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024. •The award will be determined by the Professional Development Committee and Affirmed by the Board of Directors.
•Once you have submitted your application, please forward your confirmation email to deb@clarksvilleaor.com and attach all supporting certificates of completion, copy of TREC record, etc.
•Up to 5 awards per year may be given to the highest points earners of all nominees.

Nominations due by November 27, 2024.

Points are earned in the following manner:

1 Point per Hour: Any CE course or seminar offered outside of CAR.
2 Points per Hour: Any CE course or seminar offered by CAR. 

Bonus Credits:
5 Points: Completion of Clarksville Association of REALTORS® LeadershipAcademy
5 Points: Earning NAR recognized REALTOR® Certification (ex: ePro, MRP, AHWD)
10 Points: Earning NAR recognized REALTOR® Designation (ex: CRS, GRI, ABR)
10 Points: Earning NAR recognized C2EX Endorsement
10 Points: Attending a real estate convention with educational content (ex: franchise convention, NAR/TN REALTORS® convention, affiliation convention)

Courses that do not apply include Pre-Licensing, Course for New Affiliates, Broker Management and all Broker in-house training.
