The nominee must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in their professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. The nominee must meet the following criteria listed and supporting documents and/or statements must be included with the nomination form.

•3 full years or less in the real estate business as of the deadline for award nomination.
•Member of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®.
•Not based on production, but the nominee must be actively engaged in the profession.
•Based on support and activity with the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®.
•Voted on by Member Engagement Committee and Affirmed by Board of Directors
•No current professional violations (Code of Ethics or TREC).
•Only 1 award per year may be given.
•May not be the recipient of the award the previous year
