The Creating Opportunities grant will fund the initial training and licensing of 2 individuals identified as belonging to a monority population to enter the field of Home Inspection.   One of the recipients will be bilingual. 

Minority and bilingual representation in the affiliated professions of real estate is all but non-existent.  Through funding from the National Association of REALTORS® and management by the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®, this grant strives to make a difference in our community and ensure that the home buyers in our market are represented in and at all levels of the purchasing process.

The deadline for application for the 2024 grant is July 31, 2024.

Please note, the selection committee may choose to conduct an in person interview as a part of the review process.
