If you are ready to subscribe to the Kentucky Forms and Education program, please complete this form. When received, we will create the membership and send you an invoice. When the invoice is paid, we will reach out with next steps.

Access to a full suite of Kentucky Forms will be $60 per year, billed annually.

For an additional $60 per year, you will have access to over 200 hours of Live, Zoom, and Computer based Kentucky education through Bluegrass REALTORS®.
